1Our promise
School shopping should be simple. If something you ordered isn't right, tell us and we'll put it right — no long forms and no awkward questions.
2What you can return
You can return unused items within 14 days of delivery, in their original packaging with the tags still on. This covers:
- Backpacks, lunch bags, pencil cases and water bottles
- Unopened notebooks, exercise books and stationery packs
- Home essentials in their original, sealed packaging
Items that arrive damaged, faulty or wrong are always covered — see section 4.
3What we can't take back
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't take back:
- Notebooks or books that have been written in
- Opened packs of pens, crayons, markers or glue
- Personalised items, such as a backpack with a printed name
- Items marked “Final sale”
Faulty or damaged items are always covered when you tell us within 14 days — see section 4.
4How to return or exchange
Send your order number and the item you want to return or exchange on WhatsApp to +592 765 0556, or use My account → Orders.
We reply, usually within an hour, and agree on an exchange or a refund with you.
Hand the item to our driver with your next delivery, or ask us on WhatsApp to arrange a driver pickup.
We swap it for the colour, size or format you need, or refund you within 3–5 business days.
5Exchanging an item
Need a bigger backpack, another colour or squared instead of lined notebooks? Exchanges are free within 14 days, as long as the item is unused.
If the new item costs more or less, we settle the difference with you.
Not sure which size or format the school wants? Send us a photo of the school list before you order and we'll check it for you.
6Refunds
We refund within 3–5 business days after we receive and check the item, by MMG:

If your whole order was wrong or faulty, we also refund the delivery fee.
7School kits and bundles
You can return one item from a school kit. Because kits are discounted, the refund is the item's normal price minus the kit discount.
8Delivery information
We deliver to your door, Sunday to Friday. There are no deliveries on Saturday.

10Gifts and orders for family
Bought a school kit as a gift, or ordered for family in Guyana? They can contact us with the order number and we'll sort out the exchange with them directly. Refunds always go back to the person who paid.
This policy doesn't affect your rights under consumer protection law. We may update it from time to time; the date at the top shows when it last changed.
Need to return or exchange something?
Send us your order number on WhatsApp. We'll arrange an exchange or a refund.
