• Georgetown: 1–2 business days
• Outside Georgetown: we arrange the delivery with you on WhatsApp

We deliver Sunday to Friday. There are no deliveries on Saturday.

Delivery in Georgetown is GYD 1,000. Georgetown means central Georgetown up to UG Road on the East Coast, Ruimveldt on the East Bank and the start of the Jagdeo bridge on the West side.

Outside Georgetown, for example Linden, Berbice or the Essequibo Coast, we agree the delivery fee with you on WhatsApp. You can pay it in cash or by MMG. We don't deliver to the Interior regions at the moment.

Yes. Send a photo of the list to +592 765 0556 on WhatsApp. We put the order together, confirm the prices and send you an order number so you can pay the way you like.

Yes. Schools, teachers and offices can order supplies in larger amounts. Contact us on WhatsApp or by email with what you need, and we'll send you a price.

We send updates on WhatsApp when your order is paid, packed and on the way. If you have an account, you can also follow it under My account → Orders.

Yes, as long as it hasn't been packed yet. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number as soon as possible.

Yes. Anyone can place an order for delivery to an address in Guyana and add a gift note at checkout. We don't ship outside Guyana.

You can pay with MMG or cash on delivery.

Choose MMG at checkout. After you place your order you'll see our merchant details and your order number. Pay from your MMG wallet using the order number as the reference, then upload or WhatsApp us the confirmation.

Yes. Cash on delivery is available on every order. We'll WhatsApp you to confirm before we dispatch.

You can return unused items within 14 days of delivery, in their original packaging. Read the full returns and exchanges policy.

Yes. Exchanges for another size, colour or notebook format are free within 14 days, as long as the item is unused.

Within 3–5 business days after we receive and check the item. We refund by MMG.

Yes. You get back that item's share of the kit price, so the kit discount is shared fairly across the items.

We can't take back notebooks that have been written in, opened packs of pens, crayons or glue, personalised items, or items marked “Final sale”. Faulty items are always covered.

Lined books are for writing and notes. Squared books are for maths and science. Most school lists say which one is needed — send us the list and we'll check.

Yes. Send us a photo of the list on WhatsApp or use the contact form. We pack everything we have in stock and suggest an alternative for anything we don't.

Photos help you identify the product. Colours and packaging can vary a little; if the details matter, ask us before you order.

Yes. Besides school supplies we sell everyday home essentials, such as bed sheet sets and cookware.

School kits combine matching items at a lower price — usually around 15% off. You choose the options for each item in the kit, such as the backpack size and notebook format.
